Any complete set of roof racks (all components of the fit must be included e.g. bars, legs, kit or spine) ordered via our online Fit Finder will be automatically covered by our Standard Rack Fit Guarantee. This includes a Rack Check by our team of expert Fit Technicians, so you can have complete peace of mind that your racks are fitted safely and securely. It also includes one year of Key Cover, ensuring that wherever you are in Australia, we’ll take care of any missing keys. No one else can offer this level of cover.

Our Gold Rack Fit Guarantee is the ultimate level of roof rack cover. Let our experienced Fit Technicians fit your new racks for you and enjoy even more peace of mind with complete protection for three years ! Gold Guarantees also benefit from savings on accessories, which our team will fit for free, such as a roof box or roof mounted bike racks.

Rack Check

Ensuring that you have the right rack fitted safely to your vehicle is crucial, especially when you’re adding accessories such as awnings, roof tents, baskets, boxes and bike racks. With our network of stores and experienced Fit Technicians across Australia, you can be confident that your racks are 100% secure.

• Standard Guarantee (fitted by you): Customers have 90 days to visit any Roof Racks Galore store across Australia for their Rack Check. One of our Fit Technicians will confirm that you have (1) selected the appropriate rack from our Fit Finder for your specific vehicle and roof type, and (2) fitted it correctly.
  
  
• Gold Guarantee (fitted by us): When our expert Fit Technicians install your new racks, you can be confident that they are safe and secure. We also offer follow-up Rack Checks in Year 2 and Year 3, so you can embark on your annual travels with the same confidence as when we originally fitted them.

Note: Fitting charges apply for the Gold Guarantee, and will be agreed in store before our Fit Technicians begin the fit.

Key Cover

Losing the keys for your racks can ruin a holiday - especially if you’re already on the road and you can’t unlock your roof box or bike rack!

With our stores across Australia, you will have peace of mind that replacement keys are never too far away. With our unique Rack Fit Guarantee, you have the following cover:

• Standard Guarantee (fitted by you): 2 replacement keys a year for 1 year after the invoice date
• Gold Guarantee (fitted by us): 2 replacement keys a year for 3 years after the invoice date
  

Note: not all keys are available in every store and may need to be ordered or cut at one of our national distribution centres. Our team will work with you to resolve the situation ASAP.

Basic Accessory Fit & Discount

Once you've booked and paid for your racks to be fitted to your vehicle, we'll also fit any basic accessories for free! This is a fantastic extra level of reassurance for our Gold Guarantees , ensuring compatibility between different products and brands.

Additionally, we offer a discount of up to 10% on qualifying accessories. This gives you the opportunity to fully equip your racks at the best possible price e.g. roof racks + awning + bike rack + fishing rod holder all fitted professionally with great savings.

Qualifying accessories for Basic Accessory Fit and 10% Accessory Discount:

• Roof mounted bike racks

• Cargo baskets

Important to note:

• This offer does not include roof top tents, ladder slide systems and other technical accessories
• Only applies to basic accessories sold by Roof Racks Galore
• All accessories must be purchased and fitted at the same time as the roof racks i.e. all items (including the fitting charge for the racks) on the same invoice. This is the start date of your guarantee.
• We do not double discount i.e. we will not price match and then take off an extra 10%. The 10% saving is a discount off the accessory’s RRP.

Exchanges and Hassle Free Returns

It's not always possible to find the right products for your vehicle and needs at the first time of asking. Sometimes you need to use your racks to get to know them fully.

Our exchange scheme gives you the extra peace of mind that you won't be stuck with something that you're not completely satisfied with. Standard Guarantees are covered on exchanges for up to 30 days from the day of delivery / collection, while Gold Guarantees are extended to 90 days!

Sometimes circumstances change, or we change our minds. Rest assured that with stores all over Australia, we will accept returns and exchanges to ensure you're completely happy with your new racks.
