All prices on our website and in-store are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. While we do our best to ensure all prices and product information are accurate, we reserve the right to correct any errors and may cancel orders in line with our Terms and Conditions.

Gift Cards
Gift cards issued by Roof Racks Galore are valid for three years from the date of purchase, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law. The expiry date is clearly stated on the card or accompanying receipt. Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise either online at roofracksgalore.com.au or at any participating Roof Racks Galore store. They are not redeemable for cash, not reloadable, and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Any unused balance after a purchase remains on the card and can be used toward future transactions until the balance is fully depleted or the card expires. No change will be given for purchases made with a gift card. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced or refunded, so please treat your gift card like cash. Roof Racks Galore is not responsible for any unauthorised use of a gift card. Where a refund is requested for goods or services purchased using a gift card, the refund will be returned to a gift card or store credit, in accordance with our returns policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
